Overview
Race Alpine offers a yearly subscription plan for access to Pro features. This policy explains how refunds are handled.
Subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play
If you purchased your Race Alpine subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is subject to the respective platform's refund policy. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests:
Race Alpine does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
Subscriptions via Race Alpine Club (Stripe)
If you purchased a club subscription directly through Race Alpine, the following applies:
- Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis.
- We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@racealpine.app and we will review your case.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have paid for.
